FORD Credit Customer Relations Management (CRM) System
Project Synopsis: A new CRM system for the Ford Credit call center to display relevant customer information on a customer service representative’s display, upon a customer calling the center for assistance.
Involvement Synopsis: Created digital/on-line representation of the Ford Credit Customer Account Statement, which was used by the CRM as the master template for generating screen pop-ups.
GM SWAT Online Part Ordering System
Project Synopsis: To replace, automatize, and streamline GM’s previous part order and fulfillment tracking methodologies with a newly developed, from the ground-up, web application. Project involved taking the previous method of tracking part orders using Excel spreadsheets, and creating a web application to handle the ordering, tracking, and reporting of those orders in a central streamlined way.
Involvement Synopsis: One of the primary developers to develop the web application from the ground up
VERIZON WIRELESS West – Business to Business (B2B) CRM (Customer Relations Management) System
Project Synopsis: To add additional functionality to the existing Verizon Wireless B2B CRM.
Involvement Synopsis: Developed web application logic & functionality to aggregate and tabulate customer formation and other client data, to be presented to a customer service representative in a Verizon Wireless call center.
Eastern Michigan University
Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) Reporting Server Implementation Project
Project Synopsis: Reimplement the University’s Enterprise Reporting System powered by Business Objects after all the previous Application Administration Team members left the university. No implementation documentation, nor disaster recovery documentation existed.
Involvement Synopsis: Re-engineered the platform’s design and re-build from the ground the server. Established best in practice policies and procedures for security management. Created proper disaster recovery documentation.
Student Government Polling Portlet/Portal Channel
Project Synopsis: The EMU Student Government needed a polling web application solution to record and tabulate voting for various polls. This varied from Homecoming polling to the Student Government elections. The polling solution needed to be integrated into the University’s Web Portal system and support Single Sign On (SSO) using the University’s LDAP.
Involvement Synopsis: Designed and coded a custom ColdFusion web application.
